Various Types of Massage: Part II

In our last discussion, we talked regarding different massage varieties and the way they benefit the overall health of a person. Trained masseuse sessions alleviate muscle tension and assist a person to feel calm, relaxed and less stressed out. This is a great way to maintain healthy body and mind. Level 2 Thai Massage

Today is my 2nd day of training at the Orlando School of Thai Yoga Massage. A couple of weekends ago, in Level 1, I learned the basic format of the Northern style. This weekend, for Level 2, I am studying mostly Southern style, which is what was traditionally performed on the kings, queens and royal family members in Thailand. My first out of town massage trip…

was 2 weeks ago to downtown Indianapolis, Indiana to work on a client of mine who is currently playing for the Pittsburgh Pirates Baseball team. It would have been great to walk around the downtown and explore all the shops, museums, race track and other attractions, but I was short on time. Between deep tissue, mat Thai Yoga and Swedish massage bodywork, I helped put him back on track. Hopefully he will continue to score many home runs for his team the remainder of this season.
